Andrew Gowan - (B.Bus; FINSIA) Director

After 20 years in Banking and Finance Andrew wanted to move to the carbon reduction business. LED lighting, with leading edge, environmental friendly technology ticked all the boxes. Andrew started Best Practice Lighting in 2010 and with his team built it to become one of Melbourne's leading LED lighting advice and installation companies.

Andrew oversees the application of our exacting customer satisfaction standards on each project.

Sam Gowan - Administration & Customer Service

Prior to starting a family, Sam specialised in Training Customer Service for blue chip companies. She manages communications and administration and has been with Best Practice Lighting since it was founded.

James Gowan - Installer

James has been working for Best Practice Lighting for 4 years during school holidays. James finished his VCE at Mentone Grammar in 2020 and commenced a Product Engineering course in 2021.

James brings his attention to detail and analytical skills which enables him to assist Andrew in some of the modelling and quoting work.
