The Essendon Football Club would be pleased to provide a testimonial for the works undertaken at Windy Hill.
We recently identified that the Windy Hill playing oval did not meet minimum lighting levels to train on
Best Practices Lighting provided us an end to end service with a detailed lighting level report for the whole oval that was clear and easy to understand and offered us a number of solutions that would meet our current budget allowances and meet all our OHS obligations and would then allow training to resume along with the ability for future upgrades
The works were completed in a very timely manner.
Best Practices Lighting made themselves available at short notice for a number of site meetings.
This project was funded by 2 committees which both had different overall objectives. Best Practice Lighting took on all the feedback and provided a great outcome that met all our requirements

BPL has recently completed an upgrade of our corridor lamps and fittings (1700 of ) over 23 hotel floors. Despite using 1/3rd of the power of the previous lamps, they have more than delivered the required performance and within specification. This was a sizeable project and it was important that it was conducted in a professional and efficient manner – BPL delivered on both fronts
BPL is a relatively new supplier to the Grand Hyatt, but has already proved to be able to deliver the required solutions in a prompt and efficient manner and at competitive rates. These solutions have been class leading in terms of efficiency in our conversion to LED where others struggled to come close. BPL has also been able to supply all our traditional lighting requirements.
Andrew Gowan, the proprietor of BPL has also demonstrated a keen eye for not only technical detail, but also the importance in delivering new LED products in accordance with delivering the ambience so valued in our luxury hotel.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Best Practice Lighting as a preferred supplier to any business, as we continue to partner with them on our next lighting project.

Freshwater Place residential building is a premium apartment building in Melbourne and we are always searching for the latest products to save energy and running cost. We employed Best Practice Lighting to replace all our old Halogen globes with LED equivalents and all fluorescent tubes in the 9 levels car park with LED motion sensors tubes. We chose Best Practice Lighting after talking to other building and facility managers who told us they were professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. RDA Brakes recently approached Andrew at Best Practice lighting to consult on a number of customised warehouse LED lighting opportunities first to reduce our power running costs but mainly to increase our internal lighting within our new internal warehouse fit out at one of our warehouse buildings which is highly customised and designed to increase stock capacity which required customised fitment of lighting high to the internal roof line and fitted with various power saving features included power down and then off if no motion occurs within a set time which is personally timed by us to further reduce power costs if lighting is not required within each roof light, aisle or even within the entire internal building which will also preserve and extend the life of each lamp and coverts to lower maintenance and running costs, and we also do not need to turn the lights switch to the off position ever again.

In such a massive project you where one of the easiest people we dealt with, the stages of the lighting installation happened when you said they would happen and you were a pleasure to deal with at each stage.
